Maxim,

You told me the bottleneck is the gap between the quote you write in Slack and the customer hearing back. The work is already done by the time it stalls — the manager just doesn't always get to the call, the SMS, or the follow-up notes. This proposal closes that gap, gives every lead a home, and pulls your own pricing history into a reference your shop can lean on.

The Challenge

Every quote you write in Slack is a 60-second piece of skilled work that creates a multi-day risk of losing the customer.

01Manager bottleneck on every quote

After you post the price and timeline in Slack, the lead still depends on your manager remembering to call or text the customer back. When they are on the phone, with a customer, or simply busy, the quote silently goes cold — sometimes within minutes of you doing the pricing work.

02No system of record for leads

Every inquiry lives inside a Slack thread. There is no single list of who came in this week, who got a quote, who responded, and who never heard back. Leads that fall through have no trail you can follow up on later.

03Pricing from memory, every time

Each new request asks you to remember what you charged the last time you saw a similar module on a similar car. With history scattered across the Slack channel, every quote is rebuilt from scratch instead of leaning on what you have already priced six times before.

Our Solution

Close the gap between your Slack quote and the customer's phone — and give you instant context the moment a new request lands.

01Auto-SMS quote delivery

You tap a button in Slack, type the price and timeline, and the customer receives a branded SMS within seconds. No manager handoff, no forgotten follow-up. The same message is logged on the lead record automatically so nothing relies on anyone's memory.

02Branded intake + lead database

Replace the Google Form with a branded intake form carrying your logo, colors, and shop photos. Every submission becomes a tracked lead in Airtable with a clear status — New, Quoted, Sent, Won, Lost — so you finally have one place to see every open opportunity.

03Slack history into price memory

A one-time scrape of your Slack channel pulls every past quote into a structured price reference. When a new request arrives, you instantly see "this module on this car has been quoted six times, range $420–$580, typical ETA three days" — so you stop guessing and your team stops calling you for backup.

After the Build

The project price covers everything through launch. Most clients run the system independently once it's live — it's built to be low-maintenance by design. For teams that want ongoing support as the system evolves, that option is available.

Optional Monthly Support
  • Monthly check-in call — review what landed, what stalled, what to tune next
  • Slack or WhatsApp access for questions and quick fixes
  • Ongoing price memory refresh as you add new modules and services
  • SMS template and intake form tweaks as your shop evolves
  • Dedicated hours for new automations as the business grows
$300 CAD/mo Month-to-month. No lock-in.

Our Guarantee

|

Once Phase 1 is live and your shop has run a few weeks of leads through it, the natural next step is an AI assistant that drafts the full quote for you — proposed price, timeline, and a ready-to-send SMS based on your historical pricing and the specific car and module in the request. You review and approve in one click. I will scope that phase separately after we see Phase 1 in action.
